Terms & Conditions
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance from date of order needed to receive full refund. If cancellation is not made within 2 weeks of order date, you may choose between partial refund (the amount after any costs & labor already put into it) or credit towards a future order. If cancellation is requested after order was delivered, a refund will not be issued.
Returns & Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges & all sales are final. Although if there is a problem with your order, we want to fix it and make sure you are satisfied! Contact us by calling (312) 565-4015 within 24 hours of receiving to discuss your concern. Flowers and plants are perishable, living things. It is important to refer to our care instruction page to follow immediately after receiving your order.
If an arrangement or vase appears to be damaged upon arrival, please send us a photo within 2 hours of receiving & we will schedule a pick up to be replaced. Replacements are not guaranteed the same day, due to availability in time & supplies.
Refunds are not issued to recipients who do not wish to accept your order.
All transactions and correspondence between client & The Flower Hustler is to remain protected and private information is not to be shared. All collected
information should be up to date and is used solely to take orders.
The Flower Hustler delivers up to 30 miles out from Chicago & caters to most Chicago suburbs. Delivery fees start at $10. Addresses over 20 miles out may require a minimum order amount. Same day listed on occasion.
Hours of Operation:
We are a small business with a small but mighty team! Our hours may fluctuate due to events, meetings, & closed during or after certain holidays. Pre-ordering gift orders is highly recommended & appreciated so we can plan accordingly. Same day delivery or pick up is offered on occasion. Please reach out to us if you have a time sensitive order or special request.

If you call and want us to contact you back, you MUST leave your name & number with a brief message. Due to the unfortunate amount of scam calls florists get, we are cautious as a small business and will respond to real people in need of our services. We do not take orders from "order gatherers" or other florists. All orders are made by customer directly on our website store. At this time we only take US payments.
Deliveries are made 7 days a week between a 9 hour window from 9am & 6pm. Please note at checkout a preferred delivery time & we'll do our very best to accommodate.
Please provide any necessary delivery instructions for driver. If it's okay to leave, please note exactly with whom &/or where and be sure it is in a safe place. The Flower Hustler is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery has been made.
If delivery was attempted & recipient was not there to accept order or is refusing to accept order, it will than be returned to The Flower Hustler studio. We will be in contact to reschedule a pick up or 2nd attempt that will be made at our earliest convenience. You will be charged a 2nd delivery fee. We cannot guaranty same day 2nd attempt. Please be sure recipient is at the address you have given during our delivery window or your requested time. Ex.) "They leave work at 4pm".
By ordering with The Flower Hustler, you are giving the designer permission to creative and quality control. The photos shown are merely examples of the size, style, color palette, vibe, and/or flower type combination that fit your desired price point. Each product is designed & intended to appear like photo, unless stated "Designer's Choice" specifically. Minor substitutions may be made due to availability, overall freshness, and seasonality… or there was just something really awesome at the market that couldn’t be passed up. Substitutions are made to the original value of order. You will be contacted if we are unable to adequately fulfill your order(s).
Custom Gift Orders:
Custom gift orders are not available on our online store at this time. You have the option to choose size & color palette on most arrangements. You may leave a note at check out, but requests are not guaranteed. Please shop from our online store selections or email email@example.com & I'd be happy to discuss your request. I am certain you will be satisfied with our artistry.
All special event & wedding inquiries please email firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out Event Request form on our Wedding page. We offer complimentary phone consultations that last 25-45 minutes long. After our discussion, you will receive a line itemized detailed proposal with photo board & contract within a week. We require a non-refundable deposit with signed contract to book your date. All final payments & details are due 30 days before event. Weddings & Large Events must be at least 3 months out.
